Antlers Gambol in Rock Run Grove

Joliet Elks held an annual outing at Rock Run park with 150 attendees aboard the ship Welcome. The west side team captained by John O Leary defeated the east side 14 to 0 in a ball game amid an orchestra and picnic, guided by organizers including William McGrew and George Cameron.

Coroner Noel ordered a jury. the father faces scrutiny for allowing the gun in the home.
