The Village Board of Trustees of Diller Nebraska will meet in special session at Henry Eatons shoe shop in Diller on Monday November 13 1899 at 7 pm to levy a special tax or finalize settlement for building a sidewalk along lots 3 and 4 block 18 North Railway Street Diller. Owners of the described property must attend to settle and pay for the sidewalk or the cost will be added as a special tax and collected with other village taxes.
