Civil Service Commission Resigns in Harrison City
Members of Harrison's civil service commission resign on September 14 citing frustration in dealing with department heads, lack of mutual trust, and missing employee evaluations required by a 1983 ordinance. The letter notes bypassed hires for patrolmen and a candidate list from 1981 will not be used as new members await mayoral appointment.
