Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Roger P. Fricker, son of Elia Fricker of Lawrenceburg Indiana, reported for duty with the precommissioning unit of the guided missile cruiser Mobile Bay based at Pascagoula Mississippi. A 1974 Lawrence High School graduate, he joined the Navy in February 1982. Tech Sgt Alan D.
