County Parks Junior Golf Programs Begin Week of June 9 1986
The County Parks Junior Golf Programs awarded 1985 National Junior Award will start the week of June 9 to 13 1986 with five free lessons by P G A golf professionals. The program runs across three weeks with two lessons per week and one in the final week. Participants must register in advance at listed park courses with call-in numbers and pros. A new Adopt A Junior program allows senior players to mentor youths and possibly qualify for Junior Rate discounts. For details contact the local Park District Pro Shop.
