The Senior Citizen Nutrition Program began on Nov 13 1976 in Harrison and moved to the George Street Community Center in Aug 1979. The center offers crafts including three quilts, birthday parties with a Grandparent Program, a mini bus for nearby residents, and monthly activities like bowling, a choir, and a musical band performing at nursing homes and churches.
