Marc G Rosen a Morehead State University junior in Morehead Kentucky has earned the Department of the Army Citation to the Superior Sophomore Cadet in ROTC based on top ROTC class standing and top 10 percent academic rank. He maintains a 3.6 GPA majors in Radio Television and graduates in May 1984 to receive a commission as a Second Lieutenant. Previously he won a three year Army ROTC scholarship in 1981 and other honors include the Military Science Achievement Award 1981 and Outstanding Sophomore in Military Science II 1982. He is a group leader at Harrison Burger Chef and is the son of Edward and Kerin Rosen of 7967 New Haven Road Harrison Ohio.
