Harri son Ohio approves renewal notes for sewer bond anticipation
Ordinance 22 70 authorizes issuance of 150 000 renewal notes in anticipation of bonds to extend the village sewer system. Notes mature Jan 15 1971 with rates up to 8 percent and may be issued for one to five years. City officials certify bond life and note terms and pledge sewer income for debt service while limiting taxes if needed. Mayor Rolfes and Village Clerk Dole oversee the measure.
