The green goods men are pressing the Farmers' Bank of Brooklyn Michigan to act against senders of a New York letter and circular that endorses counterfeit literature. The banker was asked by the writer to contact W Johnson of Stamford Connecticut.

He says he will save money to challenge Corbett again, insisting he could win back the title if he fights sound. He hints at a pool room scheme and names possible conspirators, but withholds specifics for now.

Capital stock 100000 to be increased to 75000000. Incorporators include John Jay McKelvey New York city John McKelvey Henry T Huntington Charles A Judson and W V Latham of Sandusky Ohio.
