Complaint cites arbitrary price fixing of sugar and coffee to Ohio retailers. Evidence includes letters and affidavits. hearing held. company claimed cessation in May 1905 but not satisfied.
Columbus Ohio reports the first payroll for troops assigned to the Springfield riot duty. Co G Third Infantry Dayton watched Montgomery county jail and escorted prisoners to Springfield for identification. Pay amounts to 493 dollars plus an estimated 100 dollars for subsistence. Overall state cost near 10 thousand dollars if relieved next week.

Wapakoneta March 3 H W Meyers farmer testified he heard Sheeley say in Celina the reservoir ought to be drained and if it wasn't water dry it would be blown dry indicating a plan to use dynamite to empty the reservoir.
