Former Governor Oxburn of Michigan joins a Tuesday program along with Ohio Anti Saloon League figures and other dignitaries. Wednesday features state campaign outlines and a major Bryan evening address, with Michigan guests including R A Scott and S Kresge amid varied speeches.
