The Darke County Fair schedules Soldiers' Day for Wednesday August 27 1918 inviting every soldier and soldier's widow from Darke and nearby counties. Tickets will be mailed to those named and addresses held by the Secretary to update the mailing list. The board urges every eligible veteran or widow to send name and address to the secretary for rapid processing.
