The $3.5 million Brunswick bond on the June 3 ballot would fund additions to West House and a 600-student middle school at Center Road, plus a central kitchen. The board says taxes would not rise, projecting mills to remain level through growth and valuation. If defeated, homeowners could see a 3.76 mill decrease in 1977 taxes.
