Highland mock crash teaches students to drive responsibly

About 200 Highland students attended a mock crash in which an Amish horse and buggy collision and a fatality were dramatized. Sheriff and police officials urged safe driving, avoiding phones and alcohol, and offered Uber or Lyft as alternatives. Students described the event as personal and eye opening.
