Construction will convert the former Martin Baldwin residence on E Liberty Street into a four story medical office building connected to Medina Community Hospital by a ground floor tunnel. The project costs about 1.4 million dollars and spans about 2% acres leased from the hospital.

Removal of public officers under state law in Brunswick district
A procedure under Ohio Revised Code Section 3.08 requires a written complaint signed by at least 15 percent of Brunswick School District votes from the last governor race. Complaints are filed in common pleas court with service 10 days before a hearing within 30 days. The court may suspend named officials pending hearing. juries require nine of twelve or more to remove. The notice becomes public record and charges must specify facts. The Clerk of Courts reviews signature validity with the Board of Elections.
