Medina County property to be stewarded by MCPD and Friends
The 17 acre estate at 4092 Medina Road near Medina Hospital will be stewarded by the Medina County Park District and Friends of Medina County Parks. The Victorian home and related buildings, once owned by Edson Brown and Ross Trump, will be preserved as a working farm for cultural educational and aesthetic purposes under a conservation easement held by Western Reserve Land Conservancy. MCPD will serve as property manager while Friends hold title and oversee long term care funds.
