Graduation plans reshape ceremonies across districts
Black River plans a virtual commencement June 12 with in person diploma handouts May 26 to 28 in the high school gym, capped at 10 people at a time and up to six family members per graduate. Other districts shift to video productions, drive in or staged drives around May, June with limited attendance and digital broadcasts.

Land zoning outlined for 81 acres near Wadsworth
Wad sworth Township and Wadsworth City Planning Director Jeff Kaiser say the 81 acre site is zoned residential and would likely stay that way if annexed. Three homes exist on the land with vacant farmland remaining. If annexation fails, developers could work with the township to secure services, though building out to lines would be costly and lengthy.
