GM to invest over a billion in Mexican EV plant

GM announced more than 1 billion dollars to expand its Ramos Arizpe factory in Mexico to produce battery powered vehicles, part of a plan that also includes 9 billion dollars in U.S. EV plants with LG Energy Solution and about 9,000 jobs.
