Brunswick Plans Hearings For Four Multi Family Proposals
Brunswick planning commissioners set Thursday April 6 for a public hearing on two multi family plans and requested a third submittal. Visnapuu and Gaede propose 78 rental units on 5.1 acres near Skyview Drive Pearl Road with terraced four buildings. Edward Vitale seeks 140 condos on 12.75 acres along Center Road Brunswick Gardens with a main entrance, recreation area and waterway piping. A third plan by Multiplex Inc for 180 quadruplex units in Regency Park and 40 homes on Tudor Drive requires refinement. Council action looms on a rezoning behind Laurel Square area for multi family and a street linkage from Pearl Road to McKinley Avenue.
