Lake region 4-H notes two meetings in March. The Liverpool club at the cafeteria received project books. activities included a poem reading, a first aid kit display, a playground safety poster, and a Happy Birthday game. Next meeting 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. refreshments. Kloverleaf 4-H Kraft Klub met March 6 at Mrs Briggs home with eight members and officers elected. Eggs decorated for Easter Tree to be placed in Lodi Park.

Miss Ohio Teen Linda Huston Accepted as Candidate
Medina Medina Senior High School sophomore Linda Mae Huston daughter of Mr and Mrs Stanley Huston is a candidate for the Miss Ohio Teen Ager Pageant. The state pageant at the Sherton Dayton Hotel in Dayton runs July 14 and 15. Huston 16 active in 4 H and clubs plans to become a doctor or enter medical research. The Huston family lives at 930 Cloverdale Ave Medina.

Medina teen candidate for Miss Ohio Teen Ager pageant
Rene Keehn a Medina High School junior is named a candidate for the Miss Ohio Teen Ager pageant. She ranks fourth in a class of 306, is active in church, the Medina County Chorus and Orchestra, Rainbow Girls and multiple clubs, and plans to major in interior design. She will compete in the national finals in Atlanta in August.

Y Teen Dance at Rustic Hills Friday
The Y-Teens sponsor a Friday evening dance for teenagers at Rustic Hills Country Club from 8 30 to midnight. The Floyd Soward Band provides music and tickets cost 3 50 per couple, available from Y-Teen members or at the door. The crowning of the Y-Teen Queen occurs at 9 30 p.m.
