Medina Historic Waite Building Demolition Approved
Medina officials say the Waite Building at 133 N Court St is approved for demolition after years of hearings. Owner Loren Raymond bought the property four to five years ago for about 250 000 to expand his nearby Raymond Building. The structure, built in 1900, faced costly repairs and historic district concerns, but the Medina Board of Zoning Appeals overturned the Historic Preservation Board decision on Feb 24, clearing the way for demolition.
