Medina County woman charged in fatal crash
A Medina County woman, Rikki McCollum of Valley City, is indicted on three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and three misdemeanor DUI charges for a Sept 2 crash at West 23rd Street and Sunset Boulevard in Lorain that killed 37 year old Alexis Rivera Rodriguez. McCollum is free on bond and under court supervised release. Rivera Rodriguez died at Mercy Hospital Lorain.
