Hills rezoning hearing stirs broad turnout in Brunswick Hills
About 100 residents attended the Brunswick Hills Township trustees public hearing on rezoning the northwest corner from R-1 to R-3. The plan would affect roughly 2 000 township acres with Boston Road Pearl Marks and Center forming the area. The decision was delayed due to Trustee Leonard Gibbs illness and requires unanimous accнуть to amend or deny. The next meeting is March 14 at 8 p.m. in the town hall. Dennis Kerwin R A Lockwood and Kenneth Sutherland urged R-3 citing sewer water availability and density. Kerwin described lot sizes 90 feet frontage and related taps charges while questioning equal protection under the law.
