Medina Junior High will dedicate the Howard E. Claggett building July 7 at 7 30 p m. Claggett retired in 1961 after 15 years in Medina schools as a teacher, 14 years as high school principal, and four years on the board. He was a longtime educator and community leader with ties to the Chamber of Commerce, Masons, American Legion, Kiwanis, and United Church of Christ.
