Architect from Brandstetter Carroll Inc plans a series of meetings with Medina groups including the Historic Preservation Board Main Street Medina and the Historical Society to refine the exterior. The project budget sits near 38 million with about 128000 square feet after reductions. Stakeholders will review the five level plan behind the current building at 60 Public Square with demolition of the 1969 wing once completed.
