Medina Township adopts sweeping zoning code overhaul
The proposed 143 page code adds seven zoning districts and two acre minimums for single family homes in areas without central sewer and water. It tightens controls on site plans, trees, utilities, and setbacks while banning certain noise and recreational uses. Public hearings set for 8 p.m. midweek in the town hall.
