On Saturday January 1 Bhupinder S Raina 41 of Brunswick was charged with knowingly abusing 911 after allegedly calling the emergency line without proper reason.

OVI arrests and vehicle theft noted in local blotter
In recent blotter items Brad J. Spisak 25 of North Royalton was arrested for OVI with blood alcohol content between 0.08 and 0.169 and weaving after a traffic stop on Boston Road. Nikkole C. Watson 29 of Brunswick failed to control after hitting a residential mailbox on Ashlawn Drive. Robert F. Kuhn 48 of Medina was arrested on an outstanding OVI warrant from Wadsworth. A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle on Interstate Parkway. A traffic stop on Center Road flagged possible possession of drug paraphernalia.
