Fundraiser Celebrates Caring for Medina Clinic in Seville
The Free Clinic of Medina County hosted its annual Celebration of Caring fundraiser at Buffalo Creek Retreat in Seville. A sold-out dinner with Serenite Restaurant raised 96,598 dollars toward the clinic’s 100,000 dollar annual budget through sponsorships, auctions, and raffles. Dr Jonathan Funk and Dr Kim Bowen led the event, which featured a mechanical chicken dispensing prizes and live auctions for sports tickets and a gourmet dinner. Bowen lauded community support while urging more volunteers and patients.
