Medina Planning Commission OKs Reagan Park maintenance building plan
The Medina Planning Commission unanimously approved a site plan for a new 3,200 square foot maintenance building at Reagan Park to store and maintain park vehicles and materials. A conditional zoning certificate was also granted as the project increases the building size. Neighbors voiced questions about location, fencing, and tree removal while officials noted the site is the only feasible option near the current asphalt area. Construction expected to start in winter or early spring.
