Cake Cutting Honors Miss Leagan and Earl Lane

Mr and Mrs T L Sellers hosted a Friday evening cake cutting at their York road home to honor Miss Joce lyn Leagan and Earl Lane on the eve of their wedding. The white tiered cake stood at opposite ends of the board with cut glass punch bowls and Ivy sprays and sweetpeas. Mrs Craig Lane cut the cake as guests viewed the white gladioli and rhinestone adorned decor in the dining room.

Mrs Phil Jackson hosted a Friday morning bridge luncheon at her South Lee Street home to honor Frances Dean Falls, whose June wedding to Johnny ine is planned. Rehearsal dinner honors Miss Mason and Charlton Torrence

Mrs Summer Club Hostess Miss Mason and Charlton Torrence were honored at a rehearsal dinner with 35 guests. Tables featured eggshell linen, white bowls of snapdragons, gypsophila and daisies, silver centers, and fern greenery. Miss Mason wore pale blue peau de soie.
