Saunders family receives aid for Zachary Saunders funeral costs
Gary Alphonso Thomas, driver of a Werner Enterprises truck, collided with a box truck Friday afternoon, was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle, and jailed on a 15000 dollar bond. The Highway Patrol cites an unsafe movement as the cause. Thomas remains jailed Tuesday under an ICE detainer as attorneys say he lives and works legally in the country.
