Belmont addresses figure in half the sales with HK Catawba LLC buying 42 E Catawba St for 1.25 million. A former mill site near Kevin Loftin Riverfront Park changed hands for nearly 1.3 million as Aberfoyle LLC sold to Aberfoyle Village Apartments LLC, with Brookline Homes planning 70 townhomes and 102 apartments on an 11-acre development.
