An old time ad claims Dr Caldwell’s Syrup Pepsin cures constipation indigestion and stomach troubles with a guaranteed result. It touts Herbine to improve appetite nourishment and vitality after meals and promises a cheerful vigor. The ad lists prices and a seller Morse & Co. and G P Weisel.
Advertisements note that some people avoid patent medicines but will try a 10 cent trial bottle of Dr Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin for constipation indigestion and stomach troubles sold by W. W. Morse & Co with 50 cent and 81 cent sizes.
The mayor and city council of Fairbury authorize bonds of ten thousand dollars in denominations of one thousand each dated July 1 1900 payable to bearer at the state fiscal agency in New York and Newark with interest semiannually. The city will levy taxes to pay interest and principal, creating a sinking fund for bond retirement.

In Waterloo Indiana Rev 8 P Klotz reports a twenty year struggle with dyspepsia. He tried various remedies until a 10 cent bottle of Dr Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin provided great benefit. He has nearly completed a large bottle and feels like a different person. Available from W W Morse & Co.

A legal notice reports Fitzpatrick faces an attachment and garnishment order in an action pending in Jefferson County Nebraska.
