Notice to railroad agents and responsible parties along lines of different railroads that copies of the Daily are to be delivered at the rate of one cent per copy. Instructions emphasize proper handling and payment at delivery.

Police Court records mix of drunks and disputes in city

Mary M Garrath was found drunk in the gutter on John Street and jailed ten days.
