Americans in France win Croix de Guerre for 104th Regiment
117 members of the 104th Infantry Massachusetts National Guard and six from other Bay State regiments were awarded the Croix de Guerre by a French general for valor during the April 10 12 and 13 attacks in Apremont wood northwest of Toul.
