President to Speak at Mount Vernon July Fourth

President Wilson will deliver a Fourth of July address at Mount Vernon Virginia during a allied nations celebration. A public drawing this Thursday will set the draft order for about eight hundred thousand men who registered on June sixth. The drawing starts at nine in the morning.
