Mexican Band to Lead Irrigation Congress in Albuquerque
Mr Ira G Cartwright special envoy secured the Famous Chihuahua Band of the Eighteenth Battalion from President Porfirio Diaz for the Irrigation Congress season. General Cosio added three extra musicians to strengthen the band. Teniente Pedro Nieva will lead the group which impressed at the San Antonio exposition in 1900.
