Juan Jara millo, superintendent of Public Schools for Torrance County, announced the creation of two new districts Miller District No 24 and Pleasantview District No 23 in specified townships. Descriptions filed in the clerk's office are unclear, and petitions are being prepared for more districts before the legislature's term ends to raise the superintendent salary to one thousand dollars annually.
