The town residents in Lugiah Prs consider a shift from public survey crews to government engineers for land and road inspections. U S Commissioner Bart of Litia notes the change could speed up surveys of powralilfe and reduce delays. Horatio V Nye, an Inspector of Surveys, references an experienced corps assisting the effort.
Fragmentary OCR notes describe a Sec 92 provision imposing a fifty dollar license on individuals with markers in town plaits or mining ramps within the district. The collected funds would go to the school fund and be paid annually in 2207.
In the afternoon the pastor will conduct services at the Sunday School. Everyone is cordial to attend these services. The message is given in a mistyped notice but calls for worship and fellowship this Christmas season.
The Paysigians organize a medical society with eleven members led by Dr C J Ambie and Dr W Wilson. The group aims to protect the public from quacks and fake doctors and names several officers including Dr W E Sunder and Dr C Di Ottoson.

Westminister Circle met with Mrs DeBouler to plan church progress. Rev J R Carver preached at the M I Church and communion was held with seven new members received. Mrs M H Senter sang. Carver preached at Moriarty last Sunday evening and nineteen members joined. Union meetings led by Revs Steele and Carver closed with the service. Steele preached in the morning.
