Yesterday in District Court the territory heard testimony in the case of Desiderio Aguilar charged with assault with intent to kill. Sheriff Schubert came back from Carrizozo where Lin coln county sheriff Charley Bell was arrested for stealing a horse and saddle from Zamora near Willard.
