Columbia Jan 10 special: Governor Bleuse commutes the death sentence of Ibn Poster Jkruss to life imprisonment. The man was to be hanged in Wittameburg county. Pendergrass was convicted of murder last year and the execution was set pending a memorial to the Supreme Court. Governor Blease cites his official commutation.
