Corportors announce subscription books for the Union Bank and Trust Company at Bank of Pages Mills Lake View on December 20 at noon. Pursuant to a December resolution stockholders of Pages Mill Furnishing Company will meet at Lake View, 3. C., on Tuesday January 13 at 10 oclock P.M. to consider changing the name to Lake View Grocery Company and to rebalance the capital stock from 210,109 to 20,000 dollars.

The McLaurin Drug Co. announced as El Vigor agency for Dillon and vicinity. Carl Mulins, sales manager, cites strong demand and repeat orders from southern druggists. Over 100,000 bottles sold recently with 4,888 in the past week. El Vigor, formulated by Dr. R L Eaton, carries minimal alcohol and is inspected before sale. The Atlanta distributing company offers a gold prize for best 300 word answer about El Vigor by Feb 1.
Dr R L Eat on presents El Vigor a tonic for blood liver and kidney disorders. He cites twenty five years of practice and lists ingredients like May Apple Root Gentian Phytolacea Poke Root and salts claiming relief for rheumatism digestion and skin disorders. Sold in Dillon by McLaurin Drug Co.
