Real estate deeds and aviation interests surface in Jefferson County
In Jefferson County over recent weeks a Presbyterian church warranty deed to the Congregational church covers parts of Diller blocks and additions, and a Beckwith to Specht deed parcels the Beckwith residence. Arrow Aircraft’s Bob Stowell demonstrated a Velie powered plane at the Wiemers Bros landing field urging aviation school enrollment. Local Good Roads meetings faced rain and mud hindering attendance, with Diller Daykin Plymouth delegations noting gravel and gumbo routes, while authorities urged dry conditions for effective talks. Crop prospects along with travel to Omaha and Lincoln wrap the district’s updates.
