Jake Zook of Diller sued the B M railroad for 28 dollars claiming no transport was provided for his heifer and the company was responsible for safe transit. The county court ruled in Zook's favor awarding the full amount. John Hartigan for Zook and County Attorney Clapp for the railroad. appeal expected.
