R. W. Green Jr. divides the building housing the box ball alley into two rooms. The south room will house S. J. Thompson's cream station and bakery, while the north room will house the box ball alley and H. H. Beckwith. Beckwith has vacated the north section where a line of Chevrolet cars had been stored.

Funeral Services for Lloyd Buchmier Held in Fairbury

Funeral services were held Sunday at the M. E church in Fairbury for Lloyd Buchmier who died after a colt kicked him in the forehead while he was leading it to water at his father's home near Thompson. He was the youngest of nine children. Burial followed in Fairbury cemetery.
