Prosecution Costs After Sparks Acquittal

Great Northern railroad plans new line through Nebraska and Kansas
An official of the Great Northern railroad visited Fairbury this week to inspect the proposed line to be built in the spring. The route would start at Yankton South Dakota pass through Norfolk Columbus Schuyler David City and Fairbury in Nebraska then continue to Washington Clay Center and other southern Kansas towns. The line has reportedly been surveyed as far south as David City.
