About thirty members attended a Diller meeting at J W Fonts office to decide on continuing the organization and disbanding the treasury. They reorganized with 50c dues, elected officers including Thomas P Price president and E L Loock vice president, and formed a by law committee with plans to recruit more members next Tuesday. Illness Strikes Elma Clark After Tomato Tin Canning
Mies Elma Clark, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs J B Mark of Iowa, became seriously ill Monday after supper possibly from tomatoes canned in tin cans. A physician was summoned and she attended school the next day before her condition worsened and the doctor was called again yesterday.

Thomas Bigworth Copeland son of Thomas and Mary Copeland was born January 18 1863 at Burbon Marshall county Indians and died February 7 1910 at Wichita Kansas at 47 years 1 month 4 days He was in a Wichita hospital for an operation that proved fatal The remains were shipped to Diller for funeral services conducted at Prairie Home Cemetery by Rev C S McClure The deceased leaves a father three brothers two sisters and many friends.
