Collision near Beatrice injures two drivers in Ford cars

Fred Starr in a Ford coupe from Lincoln collided with a Ford roadster driven by the Beatrice poastmasten about five miles this side of Beatrice Saturday evening. Starr, with another gentleman, escaped serious injury though both cars were badly damaged. Starr phoned his son John who moved the car to a Diiler garage for repairs.

Henry Wiemers attended Chester White Swine sales in Illinois and Missouri last week and bought nine fancy bred sows in Missouri that arrived Wednesday. The next community club entertainment will be at the Rex theatre Wednesday night February 17 with attorney John W. Delehant of Beatrice speaking on Good Citizenship and the school children providing the music.
