The Daykin Herald reports illnesses in the region including tonsillitis in Gene Diller, mild smallpox in Blue Springs, German measles at Steele City schools, typhoid affecting Miss Effie Diller and Mrs. A M Diller. It notes market activity with wheat sales in Kansas City, and various local business talks, property rentals, and upcoming sales and public notices.
F. J. Green of Lancaster New Hampshire credits Electric Bitters with curing years of indigestion and nervous debility after other remedies failed. He adds his wife has stayed in excellent health, praising the tonic as splendid for female troubles and a grand invigoration for weak women. Satisfaction guaranteed by Sutton.
