Bowers Re-enlists in Navy for Three More Years

Wm. Bowers, who has spent about sixty days with his mother Mrs. Ruth Pickard and other relatives at Diller, left Paxton Nebraska last Sunday for California. He re enlisted at Omaha for three years more in the Navy. He will stop en route to visit for a few days in Dallas Texas.

Funeral services for local resident Mr Cherry

Twelve grandchildren and four brothers attended services at the Methodist church in Valentine on Tuesday January 28. Mr Cherry was a longtime resident of the Diller vicinity.
